4.11. Can the completed by field post-production notes be changed?

I want to change the completed by section of the post-production notes on the workorder to read 'approved by' how do I change this?

The 'completed by' section of the post-production notes is fixed and cannot be changed.

Approval on the job is usually given on the estimate via the signature line before it is turned into a job. If you need to indicate approval on a job consider the following options.

* Incorporate it into the custom footer on the invoice.
* Input it in the production notes section of the job screen.
